Sunday Afternoon...

If only...

If my Sunday afternoon is half that relaxing, then the Sun must be raising from the west of something...  Gee, being an eighth grader is not that easy you know.  Despite the popular believe of the adults, we kids seldom have time to really enjoy and relax these days, especially if you're from a particular high school that's the best one in your state.  Yeah, we got pressure on our backs too.  Not the adult kind, which involves money, money, and money.  But the study kind, which adults nowadays no longer remember or perhaps have not experienced at all.   We got tests, homework, and always wondering if we look 'okay' in front of our friends, so we are not consider 'lame'.  Nobody likes to admit it.  And no, I don't like to admit that too.  But it's the truth, so deal with it.
Sometimes we act like we don't care, but in the reality, we do.  More or less.  Fine, a lot of people from other schools don't, but in our school, we do.  Gee, getting it all out feels wonderful.  Yep, I'm just posting a blog that no one on Earth would bother to read, all the while doing my German and Math homework.  Fun.  Note the sarcasm...
Yeah, I know that if you so happens to come across this, you're either in the popular 'crew' or an adult.  But this is how we 'nerd' kids feel sometimes.  Who am I kidding, just about 99.9% kids in my school are nerds...  Oh well, and Band Geeks, and Dorkestra people.  Right, I'm getting of track.  If you so happen to be one of us, my advice is, Good Luck.

PS:  Check this out, it's a blog from Percy Jackson, my favorite series...

The name of my blog--Odyssey

LIFE itself is an odyssey, if you don't sail through it, you will never know what is on the other side...
Yeah, that's what I was thinking when I created the blog, I felt the need to clarify it, though there is still no one that ever visited this blog yet aside from moi.
You have to live through life, whether the process is sweet, or hard, there is always something on the other side waiting for us.  That's why we humans have hope.  Hope for a better day, for a better future.

My Author Dream

Oh, yes.  I'm going to confess, one thing, one very, simple thing.  I, Nobody426, want to be an author someday.  Now, don't be all cruel and laugh in my face.  Sure, I know my grammar is horrible; and yes, I know for a fact that no one is ever gonna read this blog anyways, but yes, I do want to be an author...
Someday.
So what, my fourth grade teacher once said that I lack of imagination in writing, what was a extremely hurtful thing to a ten-year old kid.  So what, later on, quite a few teachers did praise me for that.  I still can't be sure whether my writing is good or not.  Some people said it to please me, some said it to avoid trouble, no one ever could really criticize my work.
Yes, I may be weird to you, but I do love people criticizing my work, giving constructive comments on them.  I may be only an eighth grader, but that doesn't mean I don't have my own dreams.
Sure, I've always wanted to be a scientist since what, forever?  But sometimes, I think, people change.  Who said that I couldn't be both?  Nobody, well, not Nobody, but nobody, you get the point.
So, are you with me?
